Information about public transport is most often found on www.rigassatiksme.lv

The results of a survey published in August on the website of "Rīgas satiksme" at www.rigassatiksme.lv show that a majority, or 72% of users, get information about public transport schedules from the "Rīgas satiksme" website. 1546 answers were received from respondents during the survey.

9% of respondents have mentioned public transport stops as the source of information about schedules. Schedules are available at all public transport stops. One car learn from them the arrival times of the routes concerned, and QR codes placed on each schedule make reading this information easier. The device used to scan the QR code will show the nearest arrival time of public transport.

16% of respondents use mobile applications to get information about public transport schedules. "Rīgas satiksme" reminds that it is not the developer of mobile applications and is not responsible for the correctness of information given in the application.
